Supervisors are equipped with tools to create and manage ProPay, establish objectives, modify time entries, and track overall progress. Additionally, they can assess the advancement towards estimated bonuses, approve completed projects, and oversee pending bonus payments.

From the worker's perspective, the application provides valuable insights into ProPay budgets, facilitates team goal setting, tracks progress against established targets, and allows for the estimation of prospective bonus amounts. Furthermore, workers can also view outstanding bonus payments, fostering a clear understanding of their compensation structure.
